Licensing Agreement

The Short Story:

Royalty-free logo designs, label designs, and other art purchased on this site is licensed art and may be used for personal or commercial projects. You may use it on your products, website and other marketing materials.

The art may not be resold or distributed as art. The art can not be reproduced on an item then sold where the art is the main selling point (such as on a mug or t-shirt). The artist owns the rights to the art work. If used on a commercial project for a third party, the license is transferred and the client must be notified.

Commissioned logos (custom logos) are purchased from the artist. The rights to commissioned art is transferred to the purchaser. Deposits are required for commissioned work.

Even though our products are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods, if you are unhappy with our products, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues.
